Hutchison's Clinical Methods 24th Edition. As all editions this is a good book that demystifies clinical methods for the undergraduate. Lots of nice diagrams and pearls. Perhaps some emphasis on what is commoner and what is less common is the only aspect that I felt could be improved upon.
